Good Monday morning. We made it through a busy wedding weekend. On Friday we had a great time with Erica and Dennis. This weekend we had a personal connection to the couple. Dennis is Dave's personal trainer. Dave actually had the opportunity to shoot Dennis two weekends in a row. Last weekend Dennis competed in Mike Francois classic at Olentangy High School. Dave shot pictures during the competition and then did a shoot with Dennis at the gym afterwards. Dennis placed first in the novice category and third in the heavy weight division. Because of his love for the gym, we took Erica and Dennis back to the gym on the wedding day. We actually used Oxygen Health & Fitness in the Short North owned by one of our former wedding clients, Danny Salvatore. Thanks Danny! After shooting at Oxygen, we took a quick tour around the city to shoot photos. We ended up at the Westin Great Southern for both the ceremony and reception. Congrats Erica and Dennis!

On Saturday we were back at it again shooting Kelly and Rob. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We could not have asked for anything better. I think our favorite place to shoot at the church was out back by the storage shed. I know it sounds crazy but it looked great! Kelly and Rob were so easy going and made our shoot a piece of cake. After leaving the ceremony site we headed off to Wedgewood Country Club in Powell. We ran out back and captured some images off the 18th green and then headed inside for the reception. The room looked amazing. Kelly's color scheme was cornflower blue, one of my favorites.

Next week we are having another busy weekend; holiday weekends are always busy. The weather is looking amazing and we are excited to shoot again!

I know this entry is getting long but I am also in the process of planning Brooklyn's 2 year birthday party. I am trying to think of ideas at the time. I am sure I will post pictures from the event. Last year we had a big bash with 50 guests. I think we will go a little smaller this year because we have a lot going on!
