Today was a busy day in and out of the office. We started the day off editing some albums. At noon we had an appointment with our wonderful printers, Old Trail Printing. During this appointment we finalized some of our new marketing materials. They look amazing!! This afternoon Kate, our videographer, and I went down to Girls in White Dresses to hang out with Carmela, the owner. She has a really cool bridal shop downtown by Nationwide arena on Marconi. If you are looking for great service and an amazing dress, please go and see her. She will definitely take care of you! Tomorrow we will be preparing for our weekend shoot and wrapping things up from the week. Wedding season is quickly approaching so we have to get ready!

It's 8:30 in the morning and I came downstairs to check email and the basement was dry! I think we made it through the rain. Maybe the problem has been taken care of. Let's just hope everything starts to dry out now.
I don't think I ever got the chance to recap our trip to Newport Beach, California. We returned home last week after 11 days on the beach. The weather was great most of the time. The highlights of our trip were shopping on Rodeo Drive and at Fashion Island, the tour of the bay, Laker's vs. Spurs game, driving through Beverly Hills, and of course all the great food. Thanks again to Aunt Fran and Uncle Jack for putting up with us for so long. Our next trip isn't scheduled until this summer. We are planning a trip to Branson, Missouri and Canada.

It's Monday morning and today we are on flood watch. Around this time last year we had major flooding in our basement and as many of you know, that is where we have our gallery. We think we have the problem taken care of but we never know until we get a true test of the sump pumps. We will be watching it all day!! If it does flood again, Dave has assured me that we will have a new gallery and it won't be at this house.
