It's Friday morning. We made it through another night. Today we are off to a wedding. Yes, I am going to a wedding today. I will be there for a couple of hours and Dave will shoot the rest. Call me crazy!

Before we leave today I am busy working on my ebay sales. Now that we have a little boy, there is no need to keep all the cute girl clothes that Brooklyn had. We are also preparing to sell all the cute bedding from the Pink Island bedroom. I am going to take the proceeds from the sales a create a "Clothing Fund" for the kids. So far it has been a lot of fun.

By the way, what's going on with all this rain. Doesn't make for great shooting!

Good Tuesday morning. I am up early this morning to try to get a couple of things done before the craziness begins. Isaac is 5 days old today. He slept like a dream last night. We fed him every three hours and other than that he was out like a light. So far, so good.

For the next couple of weeks our friends and family have signed up to bring meals to our house so that we don't have to worry about cooking dinner. That makes things a lot easier. Last night Suekane and Galen brought us chicken lo mein. Yum! A special thanks to everyone who is doing that for us.

So when does the shooting begin again? This Friday we are off to shoot Meredith and Kyle's wedding. Everyone is telling me to take it easy. It's hard, but I will!

What a whirlwind of a couple of days! We went from planning on cooking dinner and going to the mall on Friday to having a baby. It all went so fast. I was sitting at home cooking jambalaya waiting for my mother in law to come over. When she got here I was having a few contractions. Quickly they got closer. Dave and I arrived at the hospital at 7:00 and little Isaac Thomas was here by 10:06 pm. He was 7 lbs. 3 oz and 19 inches long. What a little blessing! Now we are at home recovering and gearing up for some sleepless nights. It is all worth it! Above is one photo that I snapped quickly this morning. We will post some more soon.
