Tis the season

Tis the season for engagement pictures. We are shooting one right after the other these next couple of weeks. The weather is getting nice, couples love great colors, and we can now shoot later in the evenings. This past week we got to shoot Megan & Nathan and Kasey & Matt. Both couples are getting married this summer.

Megan is part of our Dublin girls! There is a huge group of girls that we have had the opportunity to shoot. We started off with Jorie's wedding, then Halle's, coming up is Jill's and finally Megan's. What a fun crowd! Thanks for including us.

Here are a couple of Megan and Nathan's images!

Kasey and Matt are tying the knot in June. Coming up quick! Check out her eyes. Very beautiful!

Melanie & Kirk

Ahhhh . . . . Melanie and Kirk. What a fun wedding! The weather was beautiful, Swasey chapel was super cute, and how could you live without the New Albany Country Club for a great party. Everything was perfect, thanks to Jamie from Devoted to Details. I just love her! Melanie and Kirk had been planning the wedding from out of town but pulled it off flawlessly. We had such a fun time with them and their families. Can't wait to get all the pictures edited! Check out some of these images and their slide show.

Thanks also to Mr. and Mrs. DJ for entertaining us!

Aden and company

What a great idea? Aden called me about couple of month ago to schedule a photoshoot for herself and a group of friends. They have all spent time together while in residency and school. They are all getting ready to relocate and decided to remember some of the memories with a photo shoot together. They spend a lot of time down in Granville so we decided to do the shoot at Jenny's Ice Cream (one of my favorite places!), Stauf's Coffee, and Spagio's wine bar. The shoot was super fun and entertaining. Thanks for a great time!

Photobooth blog

It's finally here, our photobooth blog. For all you blog stalkers, here is another one for you. Follow the journeys of the booth. What happens in the booth, doesn't always stay in the booth!

Drama for the dancing diva

This past weekend was Brooklyn's first dance recital. She has spent months practicing the dance for the recital at Revolution Dance in Powell. On Friday night we had class photos and then on Saturday morning we had dress rehearsal. She did a great job! Because Dave and I had to shoot a wedding that afternoon, we weren't going to be able to watch the actual recital. We got Miss Brooklyn all ready and then yaya and papa came to take Brooklyn to the recital. She looked so cute! When they arrived at the recital Brooklyn started acting weird and then decided she wasn't going to go out on the stage. Yes, that's right. Brooklyn said she couldn't see her mom so she didn't want to dance. How sad! She ended up participating the the grand finale but that is about it! Well, at least we can enjoy the pictures.
