I can't believe I forgot to give my update on the boot camp madness. Last week was the half way point. We had to do our tests again and here are the results:
Body fat 29.5% to 21.4% (yeah!!!!)
30 minute run 3.12 miles to 3.23 miles (ok)
Push ups to failure 27 to 40 (awesome!)
30 seconds of sit ups 18 t0 22 (ok)
Plank hold 1 minute 40 seconds to 3 minutes 15 seconds (good!!)
No weight loss!! I am not concerned about that yet because of the body fat percentage. Now the workouts are really stepping up. Stay tuned for more results.
