Pix from Kansas

Last week Brooklyn and I took a trip to Kansas to see our new little niece/cousin, Lily. She is too cute! While there we got to:

1. Get drinks from Sonic (vanilla diet coke)
2. Swim at the rec center
3. Go to the zoo (monkeys are my favorite)
4. Run a photobooth (first event for The Wichita Photobooth Company!)
5. Eat lots of good food at Aunt Marge's house
6. Shoot pictures of Lily, Ollie, Joel and Kendall (my brother loves photos!)
7. Eat more food at Aunt Marge's house
8. Miss the boys at home (Dave and Isaac worked at the lake house all weekend)

Thanks everyone for a great week. Can't wait to see you in June. Here are some pix from the weekend. I know, it's alot! I am allowed to. It's family! You can also check our more pictures on my brother and sister-in-law's blog.

Piano Man!

I was talking with my brother in law the other night and he told me some great news: he is teaching piano lessons now! Yeah! He is amazing! I took piano lessons for 13 years and I thought I was good, until I met Steve. He has multiple CD's out and has played all over the US and world! I try not to brag too much about my family but is he really great! If you are looking for someone to teach your kids how to play, you need to contact him. He specializes in ear training and improvisation. Take a few minutes to check out Steve's website.

Oh Madeline!

Last week I had the privilege to shoot Madeline's pictures. Megan, Madeline's mom, had received a gift certificate from Dr. Robin Ford, and finally got the chance to redeem it. Megan and family life in London but are originally from Dublin. We thought the session might get rained out but it all worked out! Madeline was so cute! I just love her little expression. Shooting kids is growing on me!
