Random thoughts.

Have you ever had one of those weeks where you just feel like "Wow that was a great week!"? Last week we had one of those weeks. We booked 2 March 2008 weddings, 1 January 2008 weddings, and 2 June 2008 weddings. Looks like 2008 is going to be a great year. We also finished all our books for 2006 and are totally caught up on everything else. I know the madness is coming in a few weeks but for now I feel this calm sense of relief. I feel like we can get ahead and do the things that we normally don't get to do.

On Sunday Dave and I took the kids to the Indianapolis Children's Museum. We met up with my sister, Roanna, her husband, Mitch and their kids. The museum is an amazing place for kids. Brooklyn had so much fun and was totally exhausted when we left. Her favorite things were the water play areas and the dinosaurs.

Another random thought, wanted to wish a happy birthday to our friend, Carla. Her birthday was this past weekend. 14 of us went out to dinner and then onto karaoke. My brother in law and I started things off with a little "Ice, Ice, Baby". You should have seen the performance. It needed a little work but was still smokin' hot! What a great party!

I just love American Idol. I look forward to watching it every week. I know, call me crazy.
